This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you provide us with when you contact us, purchase goods or services from us (either in person or online, including third party sites such as Etsy.com), and interact or follow us on social media. We are committed to adhering to GDPR guidelines to ensure that your privacy is protected. We will only ever ask for relevant information in order to communicate or provide services or products. We reserve all rights to amend this policy as and when required and you are advised to check for any changes from time to time to ensure you agree to the terms and conditions within the policy.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy or any third party services you access through Etsy. You can reference the Etsy Privacy Policy to learn more about its privacy practices.

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Contact information including phone numbers and email addresses.
  • Address for the purpose of product delivery.
  • Payment information.
  • Interests and preferences in order to tailor marketing and services.
  • Any other relevant information provided in order for us to interact and communicate, including social media and email newsletters.

  • to provide our goods or services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, provide services or to provide customer support;
  • to ensure safe practice for physical therapies;

We may occasionally share this information with third party sites such as wholesalers where products available in person may be sent directly from their distribution sites. Your information is not used by the wholesalers in any way other than to fulfil an order.

Harmony by Kate Ltd are committed to ensuring that your information is held securely. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have strict physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard the information we collect. Your information is securely stored. 

We keep all customer information for a maximum of 6 years in line with HMRC retention guidance. We will then dispose of your information by confidential waste/permanent deletion.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights, however, a small administrative fee will be payable for our processing time. If registering for our email newsletters, you agree to be contacted via email for marketing purposes. If you wish to unsubscribe, you can do this at any time by contacting us.

If you would prefer to have your information removed from our systems, please contact us in writing, either by online contact or email. Please note, we cannot remove any information which we are required to retain by law for business retention purposes.
