This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you provide us with when you contact us, purchase goods or services from us (either in person or online, including third party sites such as Etsy.com), and interact or follow us on social media. We are committed to adhering to GDPR guidelines to ensure that your privacy is protected. We will only ever ask for relevant information in order to communicate or provide services or products. We reserve all rights to amend this policy as and when required and you are advised to check for any changes from time to time to ensure you agree to the terms and conditions within the policy.

We currently collect and process the following information:

- Address for the purpose of product delivery.

We may occasionally share this information with third party sites such as wholesalers where products available in person may be sent directly from their distribution sites. Your information is not used by the wholesalers in any way other than to fulfil an order.

Harmony by Kate Ltd are committed to ensuring that your information is held securely. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have strict physical, electronic and managerial procedures in place to safeguard the information we collect. Your information is securely stored.
We keep all customer information for a maximum of 6 years in line with HMRC retention guidance. We will then dispose of your information by confidential waste/permanent deletion.
